This week, Olaniwun Ajayi (UK) LLP partnered with The Energy Council to host a breakfast meeting discussing the role of Africa in the global energy landscape in the context of increasing global gas demand, the invasion of Ukraine, and the need for domestic gas commercialisation.
Senior executives from BP, Aradel Holdings, Afentra, Tullow Oil, and SLB participated in a panel discussion moderated by Dr. Gabriel A. Onagoruwa, our Partner and Chair of Finance and Project Development.
The keynote address was delivered by Adegbite Falade, CEO, of Aradel Holdings.
The Energy sector in Africa is on an upward trajectory and to attract foreign investment, both bankability and de-carbonisation concerns must be prioritised.
