When we released our PIA 2021 Key Highlights Report last year, we promised to unbundle the PIA over time and walk through how it affects players in the oil and gas industry. In keeping true to this promise, we present the first edition of the Fast Facts for 2022 on the Licensing Regime in the Upstream Sector under the PIA. We explore the introduction of new licences, dual licensing regime and the scope of conversion contracts.
