We are excited to announce that Olaniwun Ajayi LP won two awards at the 15th annual Women in Business Law Awards 2025 for EMEA. The awards recognise our commitment to excellence in the legal industry.
The ceremony took place in London on June 25, 2025. Our Oil and Gas partner, Chukwuemeka Osuji, proudly accepted both honours on behalf of the firm.
Innovation Law Firm of the Year
This award recognises an innovative and impactful initiative by a firm. We won it for our career and leadership guide for lawyers, “The Thrive Guide,” which we launched on International Women’s Day in 2024. Our Power & Infrastructure partner led the initiative: Ibi Ogunbiyi.
Jurisdictional Firm of the Year: Africa
In addition, Olaniwun Ajayi LP was named Jurisdictional Firm of the Year for Africa.
These awards, hosted by the Legal Benchmarking Group, celebrate the achievements of women in the legal profession. They also recognise the firms that support gender diversity, inclusivity and innovation.
