The Nigerian chapter examines key insolvency and pre-insolvency issues under Nigerian law, including the forms of security available, enforcement options for secured creditors in restructuring and insolvency scenarios, the impact of preference and voidable transaction rules, priority in the distribution of the insolvency estate, and the treatment of over-secured and under-secured creditors.
