She has advised on inbound and outbound transactions relating to company income tax, petroleum profit tax, personal income tax , employment tax, withholding, value-added tax, capital gains tax and transfer pricing. Celestina also brings to fore her experience in the oil & gas and energy sectors, in proffering value-driven strategies to achieve efficient tax results.
