Ejemen is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Power & Infrastructure practice group. She routinely advises on the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects including solar and gas-fired power plants, healthcare and transportation infrastructure.


In 2012, she served as a judicial clerk to a senior Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa.


As a 2018/2019 Power Africa/Cyrus R. Vance Center African Legal Fellow, Ejemen worked as an International Associate with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s Energy and Infrastructure team in New York. Ejemen is admitted to practice law in Nigeria and New York.
