Jonathan is a partner in the Enterprise Practice of the Firm. Since joining the Firm, Jonathan has led several high powered financing negotiations and transactions which have shaped industry practices. Jonathan also works with the Firm’s Competition Law Practice and in this capacity has advised on M&A transactions which have competition law elements. He also has experience in corporate finance, corporate restructurings, project finance and capital markets. Joinathan is Pegasus Scholar of the Inner Temple, London, and a multiple prize winner.
