Khadija heads the firm’s Government Business Practice and the competition law practice of the Firm. She is also an active member of the dispute resolution practice. A prize winner, she specializes in Commercial law, Financing, Insolvency, Commercial Litigation, criminal litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.


She has extensive experience on advising on competition law, regulatory and compliance matters and acts for some of the largest government agencies and regulatory bodies as well as corporate organisations.
