Kofoworola is an Associate in the Technology, Innovation and Fintech Gas Practice of the Firm where she advises venture capital funds and private equity firms on entry and departure of investment position in technology and technology-enabled firms. She provides bespoke legal advisory services and support to investors, start-ups, innovators, and other stakeholders within the technology ecosystem.

She has extensive experience in advising clients on financing arrangements, corporate restructuring and a wide range of commercial transactions and governance and compliance matters. Leveraging this experience, she advises industry participants on the structuring of transactions, regulatory compliance and general corporate issues required for their operations.
