Michael is the Head of the Firm’s practice in Port Harcourt. He previously headed the Firm’s Enterprise Practice and co-headed the firms Dispute Resolution Practice. He has vast litigation and arbitration experience in oil and gas, construction, real estate, shareholders dispute, banking and finance, financial crime investigation and prosecution, asset tracing, and recoveries. He has advised numerous local and international corporates on doing business in the dynamic Nigerian business environment. He routinely advises public and private bodies on corporate governance and compliance matters.
 
Having served as Special Assistant to the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), Member of the Ministerial Committee on the review of Pioneer Status Administration in Nigeria; Michael is versatile and able to blend Courtroom and Board room experience to clients real need and proffering positive solutions.
