Ogunmuyiwa is a Partner in the Firm’s Government Business Practice as well as the firm’s Abuja Practice. He advises on public expenditure management, regulatory affairs and compliance, privatisation, corporate governance and tax-related issues. Ogunmuyiwa is a trusted advisor to many government agencies and international organisations including the CBN, AMCON, NSIA, SEC and the USAID. He has contributed immensely to the shaping of legislative and policy reforms in Nigeria, having led the drafting of epoch-making bills including the Fiscal Responsibility Bill (now Act), the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria Bill (now Act) and the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act. He has significant litigation experience and currently leads the dispute resolution team of the Abuja Practice.
