Olamide Obajimi

Olamide is a Senior Associate at the Firm’s Tax Practice Group. He has wide experience in corporate business structuring, general tax compliance, tax and other regulatory advisory, financial reporting advisory, tax planning and implementation, tax litigation, cross-border tax structuring advisory and implementation, international tax and transfer pricing advisory and implementation. He is also experienced in supporting client in various sector in the course of tax review, tax audit and investigation by both the federal and state tax authorities.

Olamide is a tax facilitator, and was instrumental to the training of federal and state tax officials on the implementation of the Voluntary Assets and Income Declaration Scheme (VAIDS) in Nigeria. He also participated in the review of the Joint Tax Board syllabus for Nigerian tax officials.
