She has in the course of her career advised a broad range of clients including financial institutions, insurance companies, private equity firms, development agencies, energy and telecommunications firms, local and multinational clients on diverse domestic and cross border transactions on transaction structuring, implementation, regulatory compliance & approvals and transaction documentation.
