Tomilayo is a member of the Firm’s Power & Infrastructure Practice, where she advises local and foreign sponsors, lenders and borrowers on power and infrastructural development projects. Notably, she recently advised on a landmark Independent Power Project in Nigeria. She has also advised the UN as part of a team of consultants on the harmonisation of infrastructural development laws across 16 African countries. Tomilayo has also worked in the New York offices of Kings & Spalding. She is a graduate of Law and French and attained a distinction in spoken French. As such, she routinely advises the Firm’s French and Francophone clients.
