Mitchell Aghatise

Mitchell currently advises clients in the Government Business and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the Firm, having previously gained experience advising on Finance and Capital Markets, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Private Equity transactions with the Firm. Mitchell possesses an uncommon understanding of the relationship between law and governance and how their interplay impacts on business, thereby providing a bird’s eye legal view of potential risks to clients and the commercial solutions thereto. Mitchell led the team that delivered the LSE Africa Business Summit in 2015, he is also a fellow of the Program for African Leadership (PFAL) at the LSE.
