Arnold Mac-Ebong
Arnold is an associate with the Firm’s Oil and Gas Practice. He advises on a broad spectrum of matters in the oil and gas value chain including the acquisition and disposal of interests in upstream and downstream petroleum assets, financing for the development of facilities for the bulk storage and handling of petroleum products, and he has a fine understanding of the regulatory landscape and the regulations underpinning the sector. Arnold also advises on issues relating to corporate finance and restructuring, and having previously been a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice, he is considerably skilled at representing corporates in local and international disputes. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
Damilola Salawu
Damilola is a Managing Associate with the Oil and Gas Practice of the Firm. He is also the Head of the Firm’s Emerging Areas Practice in Technology, Commerce, Maritime and Mining. He recently received the Managing Partner's Prize for the Best Performing Counsel in the Firm for two consecutive years and was a nominee in 2010 in the Young Lawyer of the Year category in the ESQ Legal Awards. Damilola advises on a wide range of finance matters across several sectors including corporate & project finance and security arrangements. He is particularly familiar with financing the development of infrastructure projects and has advised on the development of pipelines, hospitals, petroleum assets, jetties among others. He is a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association (UK).
Ejemen Ofoman
Ejemen is an Associate in the firm’s Oil & Gas Practice.Ejemen advises on oil and gas law and has a keen interest in energy law, corporate commercial law, and the legal aspects of foreign direct investments. She spent some time as a judicial clerk of a senior Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa, and is admitted to both the Nigerian and New York State Bars.
